OUR MISSION

At Catt County Cat Nippers, our mission is to humanely reduce the population of stray and feral cats in Catt County through effective Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) practices. We are committed to improving the lives of community cats while promoting a healthier, more compassionate relationship between people and animals.

Thousands of outdoor cats struggle each year due to overpopulation, disease, and lack of care. Many of these cats are unadoptable due to their feral nature, making euthanasia a common but inhumane response. We offer a kinder alternative: trap the cats, have them spayed or neutered and vaccinated, and return them to their familiar environment. This proven method prevents future litters, improves cat health, and reduces nuisance behaviors.

Our mission also includes educating the public and supporting local caregivers. We work hand in hand with volunteers, property owners, and animal advocates to provide resources, training, and assistance. Whether helping with trapping, colony management, or emergency vet care, we are here to support the cats and the community.

Catt County Cat Nippers believes every cat deserves a life free of suffering. By focusing on prevention and compassion, we are transforming the way our community responds to free-roaming cats—one colony at a time.

Together, we’re not just solving a problem—we’re creating a culture of care, responsibility, and respect for all living beings.
