At Catt County Cat Nippers, our mission is to improve the lives of stray, feral, and abandoned cats in our community through compassionate care and proactive solutions. We are dedicated to reducing overpopulation by implementing humane Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) programs, providing temporary foster care, and facilitating responsible adoptions.
