Catt County Cat Nippers Inc. is a registered New York not-for-profit and an IRS 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 82-3207731). We pay for spay/neuter surgery and vet care for community cats: the unowned, barn and neighborhood cats that live outdoors.
Every fixed cat means no more litters born outdoors. We pay licensed clinics to spay or neuter, vaccinate and ear-tip community cats in Cattaraugus County, and fund board-approved grants to partner rescues and TNR groups across the US for the same work.
We work through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR): each cat is trapped humanely, spayed or neutered, vaccinated against rabies and ear-tipped under anesthesia, then returned home to its colony after recovery. We don’t take in pets for surrender.
Program 1 · Cattaraugus County, NY
In Cattaraugus County, we pay licensed vet surgery bills at clinics in Olean and Salamanca, lend humane traps and cover transport for colony caretakers.

Program 2 · Across the US
Our board makes grants to partner rescues and TNR groups across the US, restricted to spay/neuter surgery, vaccines and TNR costs.
The board selects and controls every grant; donors cannot designate a recipient charity.
